Quality Analysis Supervisor

Responsibilities

1, Design and execute chemical analysis experiments, including sample collection, processing, analysis and testing;

2, Analysize experimental data processing, analysis and interpretation, write experimental reports and summary;

3, Daily maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensure the normal operation of the equipments;

4, Develop, optimize and verificate of chemical analysis methods, improve the sensitivity, accuracy and reliability of analytical methods;

5, Laboratory quality control and standardization, ensure the standardization of laboratory, standardization and compliance;

6, Cooperate closely with other departments to complete the research and development, production and quality control of projects;

7, Participate in the establishment of production quality control process;

8. Study and research new technologies and methods in the field of chemical analysis to improve professional skills and industry awareness;

9, Analyzation team management and training.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical analysis, pharmaceutical analysis or relevant, over 5 years of working experience;

2, Familiar with chemical analysis experiment operation such as titration/HPLC/GC-MS/ICP-MS/ICP-OES， ability to design experiment and analyze data;

3, Good knowledge of laboratory quality management system, laboratory certification experience is preferred;

4, Good communication skills, overall management ability and team spirit, actively cooperate with other departments, effective communication;

5, have a strong sense of responsibility and self-learning ability, can think independently and solve problems;

6, have good English reading and writing ability, can read and understand the domestic and foreign chemical analysis related literature.
Synthetic R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

1, Formulate project development plans and lead the project team to complete the research and development projects on time and with quality;

2, Timely resolve various issues encountered in the project and communicate with customers in writing or verbally;

3, Coordinate the work of the synthesis team and other departments of the company.

Qualifications

1, Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical

Technology, or related fields;

2, Solid theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry, ability of independently conducting experiments, problem-solving skills, and write clear research reports;

3, Proactive work attitude, endured work enthusiasm, and self-discipline;

4, Good learning ability, willingness to learn, team spirit, and high adaptability to roles;

5, High level of creativity, continuous enthusiasm for new knowledge, and a passion for creatively solving problems;

6, Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong execution ability; ablility to actively mobilize resources to complete work tasks.
ALD Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Qualifications

1. Daily comprehensive management and operation of the laboratory according to the platform construction objectives;

2, Develop new materials and processes, including material preparation, testing, etc;

3. Conduct relevant literature research, master scientific research and market trends, and write feasibility analysis reports of scientific research projects;

4, Manage laboratory internal instruments;

5, Assist laboratory safety and maintenance work, timely aware problems and take effective measures.

1. Master degree or above, major in semiconductor, microelectronics, electronics, physics, materials, optics, chemistry, etc;

2, At least three years of experience in atomic layer deposition (ALD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD) or magnetron sputtering (Sputtering) and other related deposition technology development;

3. Ability to operate relevant equipment independently;

4. Familiar with XRD, XPS, AFM, SEM, EDX, TEM, XRF, ellipsometry and other related material characterization methods preferred;

5, Good communication skills and problem-solving skills, practical ability, hardworking.
